Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These terms explain how TailG may be used and what users should expect from the tools, guides, account features, and public content.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using TailG at tailg.vip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.
TailG may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date on this page indicates the latest version.
2. What TailG provides
TailG provides free Tailwind CSS tools, documentation, editorial guides, account features, comments, and administration features for authorized users. Tools may generate colors, gradients, shadows, typography values, and related interface snippets.
Generated output is intended as a practical starting point. You are responsible for reviewing accessibility, browser support, licensing, security, and suitability before using output in production.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been misused.
TailG may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, publish spam, or violate these terms.
4. User content
If you submit posts, comments, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant TailG permission to host, display, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate the service.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, malicious, spammy, or harmful to other users. We may remove content that violates these terms or reduces site quality.
5. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, scrape aggressively, attempt to bypass authentication, probe private admin features, upload malware, impersonate others, or use TailG to distribute spam or misleading content.
Automated access must be reasonable and must respect robots.txt, rate limits, and the stability of the service.
6. Intellectual property
TailG's branding, page design, written guides, documentation, and original interface content belong to TailG or its licensors. You may link to public pages, quote short excerpts with attribution, and use generated design values in your own projects.
Third-party names, frameworks, icons, libraries, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party services
TailG may integrate with hosting, database, authentication, analytics, advertising, and other third-party services. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
External links are provided for convenience and do not mean TailG controls or endorses every external page.
8. Disclaimers
TailG is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep tools and content useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for every project.
You are responsible for testing generated code, checking accessibility, and confirming that your implementation meets your own product, legal, and compliance requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TailG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Contact
