Response policy

Email is the official support channel for TailG. It gives both sides a written record and makes it easier to include page URLs, browser versions, screenshots, or code snippets when a tool needs attention.

Product issues, broken links, accessibility problems, and privacy requests all go to support@tailg.vip and are reviewed from the same official inbox. General suggestions and content ideas are grouped for future editorial updates.

How quickly do you respond?

Most messages receive a reply within two business days. Bug reports and privacy requests are reviewed first.

Can I report an accessibility issue?

Yes. Please include the page URL, the tool or component involved, and the assistive technology or browser you used if relevant.

Do you provide phone support?

TailG currently provides support by email so every request can include links, screenshots, and technical details.

Can I suggest a new guide?

Yes. We welcome practical topic suggestions related to Tailwind CSS, design tokens, accessibility, and component quality.

Before you write

For tool questions, include the tool name and the output you expected. For article corrections, include the guide URL and the paragraph that needs attention. For privacy requests, use the email address connected to your account when possible and send it to support@tailg.vip.
